Full Refund of advance payment if Cancellation is requested at least 10 days prior to arrival date, otherwise 50% advance will be refunded. If cancellation is requested within 72 hours of arrival date no refund will be issued. 

While postponing your refund you can book again in one month duration from your cancellation date.

• All our guests visiting or staying in Saguna Baug will have to carry a valid Photo ID Proof as per the Government regulations. These cards may include Aadhar card, Driving License, Passport, Voter’s ID Card or PAN card. Company ID cards or any other non-governmental cards may not be accepted.
• Allocation of rooms OR entry in Saguna Baug is subject to receipt of 100% of the amount before entering the premises.
• Guests are requested to verify their reservation a day prior to check-in. Our team member will assist you in the process to ensure a hassle-free check-in.

• If cancelled 15 days before check-in date: 100 % Refund.
• If cancelled within 15 days and before 3 days to check-in date: 50 % Refund
• If cancelled within 3 days before check-in date: No Refund
